In the King Room with Sea View, the bed linens had black spots, resembling mold, and the uncomfortable bed sheet design made moving at night a hassle. Furthermore, the lift situation is frustratingly slow, which felt exacerbated by noise disturbances at night and early morning knocking from cleaners.
